Pre-order

PLEASE REGISTER ON THIS SITE BEFORE PRE-ORDER. (click to register)
When pre-ordering please make sure you put all details such as:
Your name, Address, Contact Number, Your Email Address,
The Item you want to pre-order, and the size and/or colour.
This should all be sent to slam69@hotmail.co.uk.

You just have to wait for a confirmation email and you'll receive information about your pre-order. We work on a first come first served basis.

Payments

You can pay via Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer or through PayPal. We also accept payments by card over the phone. Card details cannot be seen by any member of staff at Slam69 Ltd, they are handled by HSBC LLP for a safe secure online transaction.

Please note: We DO NOT take payments for any items out of stock.

Delivery

We aim to get everything out same day if we receive your order before 2pm. Any after 2pm will leave on the following day. Orders made on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

The postal charges are £5.50 for a 48Hr delivery to the UK and £8.00 for a 24Hr delivery. You can also reserve and collect from our store. Please select the FREE option if you choose to do this.
Saturday deliveries are available at an extra cost please see in your Basket.

We can send to other countries we have a set limit on the site. But please contact us on slam69@hotmail.co.uk or 07403 477 747 for a code to give you your correct amount for delivery.

Please Note: 48Hr and 24Hr Delivery are not including Weekends.

Returns

If you have a faulty or wrong item please contact us as soon as possible, by email or by phone 07403 477 747. All returns must be back within 10 working days.

If the return is for a warranty claim then again please contact us first, email or phone 07403 477 747. If the item is covered by a warranty please return to us, with its receipt or copy of email notification and we will aim to sort it as soon as possible. The warranty is for the original owner and not for any products bought second hand.

We cannot accept any Warranty claims of frames that have been purchased outside the UK. You must go back to the store you bought your products from.

Please Note: You are responsible for your postage cost to us.
Please Note: All returns must include the receipt or copy of email notification.

Your details

All customer records are kept secure and are not and will not be used by any thrid party of outside company or individual for any reason. We will only give your details to the revelent courier services along with your mobile or email for tracking purposes. We keep your details purely for you to save time filling in your details each time you purchase an item. All customer records can be cleared at anytime by the person who they belong to only!
